Oceana Villa in Anguilla offers one of the most unique views on the island – world famous Little Bay, Sandy Island, and Flat Cap peninsula, which shelters Crocus harbor. The villa’s central location makes it the perfect Anguilla villa rental, as it is ideally situated between the high-end resorts and restaurants of the West End and Shoal Bay East, one of the Caribbean’s best white-sand beaches.
Built as two levels on almost one acre of land, the design allows for views of the ocean from almost every room, as well as the lush green valley of Anguilla and distant hills of St. Martin. The interior and exterior living spaces total over 5,000 square feet. Oceana’s great room leads out to an expansive, arched, tiled patio and deck. The outdoor terrace features covered dining al fresco and a dramatic 12′ x 30′ curved infinity-edge pool. Unique natural travertine floors seamlessly unite the indoor and outdoor living spaces.
The main level features a spacious living area with tropical contemporary furnishings and entertainment center, fully-equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and Viking appliances, a separate dining area, and an air-conditioned king master suite with en suite bathroom, including both a walk-in stone shower and open-air outdoor shower.
The upper level includes the second air-conditioned master king bedroom/bathroom suite, furnished with an inviting four-poster bed and both indoor and al fresco showers. The bedroom opens out to a scenic private balcony and pergola, overlooking Crocus beach. The bi-level floor plan also includes a mezzanine with queen sofa sleeper that leads out to a large verandah and lounging area perfect for relaxing and viewing spectacular sunsets.
